Christie is a seasoned professional committed to serving clients with integrity. She serves as the principal consultant on all of CHSC’s engagements.
She is a leader in the field of children’s healthcare strategy. In her 30+ years as a healthcare management consultant, she has had the privilege of working with more than 100 healthcare organizations to help them grow and thrive in a changing environment. Several of her client relationships span a decade or more, a testament to the value she offers to ongoing growth and development.
She is particularly skilled at helping diverse teams of leaders develop consensus on a future vision and make sound decisions about future priorities to propel them toward their desired destination.
Christie is an accomplished author and speaker with various publications, workshops, and presentations about the future of child health care.
Prior to founding CHSC in 2015, Christie spent two decades with a leading national health care strategy firm. She served as a senior member of the firm’s strategic planning team and was the partner-in-charge of the firm’s pediatric and children's hospital consulting practice.
Christie holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of William & Mary and a master’s in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She was recognized by the American College of Healthcare Executives with a Regent’s Award for her contributions to the field of health care leadership.
